3 months agoWent to this hotel’s New Year’s Eve Dinner. Food was absolutely disgusting, resembling dog food. To call it mediocre would be an insult to food and gastronomy in general. The service was subpar, drinks were poorly made, and the whole room smelled like Lysol. Frankly, I am sorry I even went there, let alone submit myself to the torture that was ingesting that slob that they call food. This hotel is a shame to Greek culture and to Greece in general!

3 months agoI would like to let my fellow Americans know that this hotel is not really a 5 star as advertised. At max the services they provide qualify them as a 3 star hotel. Just have your expectations accordingly.

6 months agoGreat experience. Staff is amazing!!!!!! My only issue are the dogs (sounds like about 10 of them) that bark in the middle of the night making it hard to sleep. 3 days in a row now. Otherwise my experience here was AMAZING!!!!

6 months agoHad my bd party in this hotel last week. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very neat. It's close to fira city, lidl is awalkable distance . Everything about this hotel is top notch. Manager is very friendly, has a warm smile all the time. I would recommend this hotel over and over again. Can't wait to go back there.

9 months agoThe De Sol staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk was so welcoming, the cleaning crew made sure everything was taken care of in the room and they respected our personal items, the restaurant staff was extremely friendly and explained all the different food options. We were on our honeymoon and we wanted to be pampered; well we got it here!We made the reservation same day because we had an issue with another hotel and when we told De Sol we were on our honeymoon, within the 30 minutes it took us to arrive at De Sol, they prepared our room with a heart of real roses, two swan towels in the shape of a heart, a bottle of wine with a sweet handwritten card. It made the whole previous hotel situation irrelevant and we truly appreciated everything we received here. They made us feel so special, and it really made our entire trip feel the best it could be from start to finish. They also had great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and shops!
